Stop relying on the same five engineers.

Supercharge your
on-call with Tony SRE.

The ultimate suit of armor for your production systems

We built the AI SRE we wanted at 3 AM.

Vision

A new paradigm for incident response.

Everyone else is adding AI to automate outdated manual workflows. Tony SRE built on the Vibe OnCall platform, changes the paradigm: incident response rebuilt so the context, the memory, and the execution live in one place, and your engineers spend their time on judgment instead of legwork.

“Vibe OnCall has fundamentally shifted how we approach incident management. It significantly improved our visibility during active incidents, reduced unnecessary escalations and shortened decision cycles.”

Proactive Reliability

Proactive reliability from day 1

Tony SRE reads your incident history from day one, surfacing which services keep failing, which alerts nobody acts on, and where handoffs lose time. You get process recommendations before your first incident with Tony SRE, not after a quarter of collecting data.

Triage

Triage backed by true human context

Tony SRE builds context from the Slack and Zoom conversations where your team actually debugged the problem, from your ITSM tickets, and from its own understanding of your systems. Your engineers correct Tony SRE as it works, the way they would a new hire. Triage starts with what your best engineer would already know.

ITSM

ITSM as a living AI system

Nobody updates tickets during an incident. Tony SRE updates them automatically, capturing timeline, impact, actions, and resolution as the incident runs. Tony SRE keeps that record as living memory and brings it to the next incident, so you never have to open Jira, Linear, or ServiceNow during triage again.

Runbooks

Zero runbooks to execution

No runbooks to write or maintain. Tony SRE learns your recovery patterns from how your engineers actually resolve incidents, then becomes the living runbook and orchestrator, executing inside the approval gates you set.

Proof, not promises

Outcomes

Resolve faster

Tony SRE works from how your systems actually behave and how your team actually fixes them, and runs the workflow itself instead of waiting for someone to drive it.

Cut toil, supercharge juniors

Your senior engineers stop being the escalation path for everything. Your newest engineer resolves real incidents with the context a ten-year veteran would have.

Total efficiency and easy to use

One system, in Slack. No moving between pager, war room, ticket queue, and a doc that went stale a year ago.

Primarily usage-based, not per-seat

You pay for the incident work Tony SRE does, not for headcount. Tony SRE is built to be used generously: chase the clue, dig through the logs, pull the report.

Questions?

We’re glad you asked.

Is our data safe?

Your incident data stays in your tenant. Incidents, alerts, threads, resolutions, and context never leave your org, which is what makes the answers yours rather than generic. You can ask Tony SRE what it has learned about you and correct or delete it by talking to it. Tony SRE runs on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore in an isolated environment per incident. Every connection is opt-in and separately revocable, retention is yours to set, and self-hosted deployment is available. SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, CCPA.

How hard is it to install?

One click into Slack, then connect what you want Tony SRE to watch: Google Meet, Zoom, Datadog, New Relic, ServiceNow, Jira, and more. Each connection is opt-in and separate. Most teams are running live incidents through Tony SRE the same day.

What happens when Tony SRE gets it wrong?

Tony SRE proposes and you approve. Anything that touches production waits on a human, inside the gates you set, and your engineers can correct Tony SRE mid-incident the way they would a new hire. Direct correction always outweighs what Tony SRE inferred on its own, and it carries forward to the next incident.

How is this different from other AI SRE tools?

Most AI SRE tools rely heavily on your telemetry. Tony SRE reads the Slack threads where your team debugged this last time, the call where the decision got made, and the ticket that recorded the fix. Tony SRE keeps that memory across incidents and gets sharper every week, and tells you what's about to break before anything alerts.

Your best engineer can't take every page. Tony SRE can.
